Stuff to Fix
Things to fix
- Kevin is reworking the content for each page into a seperate text doc so it is more clear what goes on each page. Please ask if you have any questions about content.
- Home page and maybe others will need to be reworked based on the content given.
- Be aware of mobile styling as you work through the pages.
- top nav bar containing address phone and email, fix spacing so its equal top and bottom, It can be reduced so its not as large.
- Fix spacing between icon and text on the top bar blurbs,
- reduce the size of the logo a bit, maybe 70% of what it is.
- we will look at all the pages and we can see if we can balance out the links on each side of the logo in the navigation (same number of links on each side)
- see if you can make the logo link back to the home page.
- Considering the logo is mostly dark, change the navigation color to a dark color, that way you can use a light gradient to transparent over the background image to help make it pop more so it can be seen. Look at the example of the hero on this page to see what I have done with the gradient overlaying the background image.
- Make sure the H2/sub headers on the pages are consistent with colors (and sizing if we can).
- If we are using a gallery, (see example below) put it in its own row and set the gutterwidth to a 1, then on the gallery itself go the advanced/custom css/module elements/and set the gallery item padding to about 4px. Just a bit nicer looking collection of images this way.
- Clean up the green call to items (like the one on the right here) a bit. Just look at the settings of this one. It had safe and effective wrapped in h2, then tree removal as well wrapped in another h2, just not the best way to do it and makes it more of a pain to edit. The text below was split up in an odd way as well.
- Use a color overlay on the graphics that have text setting over top of them to make it a bit more readable, like at the section at the bottom of this page. You can use this one as an example.
- I have uploaded some cropped images that can be used as hero images to the media library. You can look through and see if any fit the pages we have.
